Prospective buyers of OnePlus One smartphones residing in Europe now have plenty to cheer about. The Chinese firm has officially started selling devices in 16 EU countries, after its launch last week.

According to the OnePlus One official blog, potential buyers can purchase both the 16GB Silk White as well as the 64GB Sandstone Black colour variants of the One in Europe.

OnePlus One can be bought without an invite in Europe during their 24-hour open sales every Tuesday from at 8am onwards.

Prices of the OnePlus One smartphones across the European Union are mentioned below:

16GB OnePlus One: €269 (£193, $291)/CZK 8089/HUF 94199/PLN 1299.

64GB OnePlus One: €299 (£214, $323)/CZK 8989/HUF 104999/PLN 1449

The smartphone is available to buy in EU countries including Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Estonia, Ireland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia.

In a bid to make its presence felt across Europe, OnePlus is planning to hold events in several countries, where the company will showcase their latest gadgets.

As of now, OnePlus is slated to launch a new product category in April, and the much expected OnePlus Two smartphone during Q3 2015.

OnePlus is also expected to offer a bird's eye view of its new Oxygen operating system, which is expected to be incorporated within the OnePlus Two.
