The Originals will take a break this Monday, 1 December and will come with an explosive fall finale episode on 8 December.
In the episode titled The Map of Moments, Hayley and Klaus are finally reunited with their baby Hope.
Rebekah (Claire Holt) who was on the run with Hope, are finally returning to New Orleans, after discovering that her mother Esther had tracked them down.
According to official synopsis: "When Rebekah (Claire Holt) notices an unusual change in Elijah's (Daniel Gillies) behaviour, she asks Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) to meet her at their safe house, reuniting them with baby Hope. "
Kaleb opens up to Davina (Danielle Campbell) about his resentment towards his siblings and sheds some light on a spell he created in 1914.
Also, when Cami (Leah Pipes) discovers that Esther's (Sonia Sohn's) plan will put her life in danger, she demands answers from Vincent (guest star Yusuf Gatewood), who remains resolute, and sides with Esther.
Meanwhile, Esther makes an unlikely alliance that could prove dangerous for Klaus, and Hayley makes a decision that could change her relationship with Elijah forever.
Even as Elijah continues to struggle with the lingering effects of being captured, Rebekah and Klaus devise a plan to take their mother down once and for all.
In episode 8, Hayley declared that she was going to marry Jack (Nathan Parsons) to share her powers with her pack through a mythical unification ritual. And Klaus turned Kol to his side, while Cami was prepared for a body swapping ritual by Esther.
Elaijah shares a beautiful moment with Hope, until Rebekah snapped his neck, when she sensed something was wrong with her brother. Klaus learns of her mother's secret and storms out with Hayley to see Hope.
Claire Holt and Phoebe Tonkin previewed the big reunion ahead and teased a touching moment between Hayley and her daughter.
Holt told Zap2it: "It's not awkward. Hayley knows Rebekah is saving her child's life. There's a really touching moment when she sees Hope for the first time."
Phoebe Tonkin added, "Right now Haley's main intention throughout this second season is to create a safe enough environment for her baby to come back to live in New Orleans and to live happily ever after as a normal mom, which is a really nice idea in theory but I don't know necessarily how easy that's going to be."
Also in The Map Of Moments, Mikael will be back to cause trouble, and the promo shows Esther teaming up with Mikael to take their children down.
"Do what you want with the others, but leave Niklaus to me," Mikael tells his estranged wife in the promo.
The Originals airs Mondays at 8pm ET and 7pm CT on The CW.
