An American porn star has offered to send "a ton" of free adult content to anyone that calls their senator to complain about health care reforms put forward by Donald Trump.

Lena Paul, 23, tweeted the offer yesterday (25 July) and has already been inundated with replies from people happy to do their bit to save Obamacare while indulging themselves at the same time.

The 'Doctor Adventures' and 'Breast Worship 5' actress supplied a cell phone number and asked members of the public to message her a clip of them discussing the plans, currently being debated in Washington, to undo Obama's legacy healthcare act.

Paul wrote: "Send me a clip of you calling your senator about the healthcare bill and I will send you a s**t ton of free porn. Seriously."

Any suspicions that she was merely joking were soon cast aside when she followed up with another tweet yesterday evening saying that she had already "sent out about $750 worth of free porn."

"I haven't even made a dent in the number of people who called their senators today!" she added.

Her original tweet has already been shared more than 200 times and liked more than 550 times. Twitter users piled in to compliment her on her foray into politics.

Brian P. Hickey wrote: "This is patriotism at its finest. Thanks for your service, Lena Paul."

Others pointed out that there are substantial amounts of free pornography available on the internet.

Last night senators voted by 51-50 to begin debating Republican plans to undo ObamaCare – prompting Paul to make her offer.

But in a sign of how difficult Trump's ambitions are, the Senate voted down a replacement package, The Better Care Reconciliation Act, by 57-43. Other replacement packages will be voted on by the upper house in the near future.
