Pretty Little Liars Season 6 Premiere
Mona, Aria, Spencer, Hanna and Emily trapped and distraught in 'A' aka Charles' creepy dollhouse ABC Family

Pretty Little Liars season 6's premiere episode posed more questions for fans than answers. A lot of things happened in Game On Charles; friends turned foes, and foes turned friends again, separated lovers reunited and a month-long ordeal ended.

Recap

The liars Aria, Spencer, Hanna, Emily and Mona finally escape from the underground Dollhouse but find themselves trapped inside an electric fenced wall.

As they do not listen to their captor, he punishes them by locking the door to the scary and dark house and lets the girls (still in their prom dresses) suffer in the cold and rain without food and water.

The door opens for the girls after two days with a voice asking them to return to their respective rooms. What happens to them behind the doors still remain a mystery but the screams of the lairs are enough to assume that they are suffering really badly.

Alison's murder conviction overturned

Three weeks after the kidnapping incident, Rosewood is still trying to find answers to how four teen girls can go missing just like that.

Police find out that Mona is alive and Alison's murder conviction is overturned. She becomes free to appeal to the kidnapper not to harm her friends as she "would do anything to see her friends again."

"My friends have always been my rock," Alison says to the press. "Without them I am lost in the woods."

However, later it turns out that she is helping the police to lure 'A' aka Andrew to make a mistake that will prompt Toby and the Rosewood Police department to trace the kidnapper.

Ali does receive a call but hears an old song which gives Ali and Toby a clue that the liars might be trapped near the Campbell Apple farm.

However Caleb and Ezra plant a GPS system on Ali's show and ask her to follow the clues set by 'A' while they keep track on her.

This leads the team to the woods of the Tyler State Park where they track the yellow ribbons and come closer to the dollhouse.

Andrew's creepy diary: The police find evidence against Aria's latest crush and think he is the culprit behind the disappearance of the girls as he himself is missing for the last one month.

They also obtain a diary from his house which suggests his deep grudge against the liars. Read it below.

Aria, Spencer, Hanna, Emily finally say 'Game on Charles'

The prison rooms of the girls finally open and they are instructed to go to Alison's room for the 'new arrival'. This gives them a hint that Charles has managed to lure their former queen bee to the scary house. They decide to do as A directs them and try to sort out Ali's room.

Spencer, however thinks enough is enough and encourages her friends to challenge their kidnapper by entering the video room where she has seen the home video of Mrs DiLaurentis with baby Alison and two young boys.

They burn down the place and search for Mona. Finally they all escape and fans saw an emotional reunion of the separated lovers Aria and Ezra, Hanna and Caleb and Spencer and Toby.

The episode ends with Emily asking Alison, "Who is Charles DiLaurentis?" Fans need to wait until the next episode when the girls and their friends will try and find out the answers to end the mystery of A/Charles/Andrew's real identity.

Pretty Little Liars season 6 airs every Tuesday on ABC Family.
