Prince Harry reportedly told his former girlfriend Cressida Bonas that he wants to give their relationship another chance.

According to Mail Online, the couple who split three weeks ago after nearly two years together, are now back in "constant touch".

"They have been in constant touch since they broke up and she has now met up with him," a friend of Bonas told the paper.

"It's all very amicable and no one is ruling out that they will get back together, but Cressida hasn't made her mind up and the ball is really in her court."

The 29-year-old royal and Bonas' split came as a shock to many, particularly after the pair were pictured together many times earlier this year.

Though the real reason for the temporary split is unknown, it was reported that Bonas "freaked out" after seeing the paparazzi follow Kate Middleton, the 32-year-old Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William on their three-week visit to New Zealand and Australia last month.

The 25-year-old daughter of 1960s model Lady Mary Gaye Curzon and Old Harrovian businessman Jeffrey Bonas, was recently seen outside Annabel's nightclub in Mayfair, London, holding hands with Prince Harry's cousin, Princess Beatrice.

"She's usually so camera-shy, yet she was all smiles and giggles as the flashbulbs popped," a source said. "Harry is the jealous type. He will have seen the pictures of Cressida and how stunning she looked."

Bonas was said to be angry with Prince Harry after reports emerged that he hooked up with a blonde socialite while attending the wedding of his friend Guy Pelly and Holiday Inn heiress Lizzy Wilson.

"Everyone noticed, and Cressida wasn't happy," another source told Mail Online.
