Sony have revealed the free games on offer to PlayStation Plus (PS Plus) members for April. It includes Tower of Guns and Aaru's Awakening for PS4 and PS3, Never Alone for PS4 and Dishonored for PS3.

There's also Killzone Mercenary and MonsterBag for PS Vita. It isn't as robust a package as was on offer during March, but it offers some great games to be played, particularly Dishonored - the stylish first person stealth game from Arkane Studios.

These games will take the place of March's selection - including OlliOlli 2, Valiant Hearts and CounterSpy - on Wednesday 8 April.

Dishonored and Never Alone are the headline games of this month's selection. The former is a 2012 game of the year contender that has gathered a strong fan-base who would love to see a sequel. Never Alone meanwhile is a cute educational platformer about the culture and history of Alaska's indigenous population.

Tower of Guns is described as an "old school first person shooter" with randomly generated levels and enemies. Developed by Terrible Posture Games it was originally released across multiple platforms in March of last year.

Aaru's Awakening meanwhile is a 2D action platformer boasting some great visuals. Killzone Mercenary is the handheld spin-off of Guerilla's first person shooter franchise and MonsterBag is a fun but challenging puzzle platformer.
