K-Pop viral phenomenon Psy delighted an audience of 70,000 in Seoul on Monday (February 25) at South Korea's Presidential inauguration ceremony with a performance of his 'Gangnam Style' hit.

The performance came before new President Park Geun-hye took her oath at the ceremony where the 61 year-old daughter of former military ruler Park Chung-hee, became the first female President of South Korea.

Some members of the audience joined in while Psy danced and sang on stage.

South Korean rapper Psy (his real name is Park Jai-sang) scored a massive international hit with 'Gangnam Style' which stayed at No. 2 for seven successive weeks in the Billboard Hot 100.

The track made history last December when it became the first ever video on YouTube to reach 1 billion views.
