Some of the world's biggest stars gathered for the 2013 Radio 1 Teen Awards, at Wembley Stadium.
The event, now in its fourth year, shone a light on the outstanding achievements of teenagers across the UK. Awards were also handed out to stars from the world of music, sport and entertainment.
Hosted by Radio 1's new breakfast show DJ Nick Grimshaw and pop superstar Rita Ora, the ceremony featured appearances by Taylor Swift, Professor Green and Fearne Cotton.
Khloe, 17, was recognised for bravery after she dissuaded a man not to jump off a bridge, despite suffering mental health problems herself.
Jeremiah, 14, received his award for campaigning against youth violence through his project, the One Big Community Campaign.
Alexander, 13, who has been a young carer for his mum since he was five, was selected for his commitment and hard work.
Meanwhile with multiple hits, sold-out tours and their own perfume, One Direction once again cemented their status as the world's biggest boyband.
Harry, Liam, Zayne, Louis and Niall took home the Best Single and Best Song awards.
Other winners included Wimbledon champ Andy Murray, who took home the best sports star award, and Olly Murs who was voted Best Solo Artist.
Acts including Tinie Tempeh, Rizzle Kicks, Fall Out Boy and James Arthur took to the stage in front of 9,000 screaming fans for a number of highly energised sets.
X Factor champ James Arthur, however, was less than impressed with his performance and has since apologised to fans.
He wrote on Twitter that he was usually "note perfect" but told his two million followers: "I couldn't hear a thing during Your Nobody Till Somebody Loves You so I was probably out of tune for the majority of it."
"Apologies! I am usually note perfect but I just could not hear the track."
