Royal Baby Prince George may be too small now to know about the world of social media but his photos are expected to break several records of the new-age media.

Official portrait of 23-day-old George, born on 22 July, is slated to be released on Twitter by Kensington Palace next week and predictions have it that his photos may break Twitter record for most retweets.

A photo of US president Barack Obama taken just after his re-election in November last year currently holds the most retweet record at over 500,000 retweets, Christian Post reported.

So far, a glimpse of Prince George has been shown to the world by Prince William and Kate Middleton, who came out of the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital in London with their newborn son, George Alexander Louis, cuddled in the Duchess' arms on 23 July.

It is reported that the royal couple and the royal baby have been staying at Kate's parents' mansion in Berkshire since leaving the hospital.

While George has not yet met his great grandfather Prince Philip, the world will get to see his more clear photo in his official portrait on Twitter.

Meanwhile, it is also reported that Kate Middleton has not opted for an official photo shoot for her son. She will choose a photo taken by her family members instead for the first official royal portrait of the third- in- line successor, Prince George.

Social media popularity apart, Prince George has now a jewellery line dedicated to his birth. Designer Claudia Bradby, who worked with Kate Middleton in 2007 has designed a collection after royal baby's birth event featuring a silver necklace with a pearl acorn charm and a silver bracelet with royal-themed charms.
