The compact version of Samsung Galaxy S5 will have a 4.47in screen, suggests a new report.

It has been long rumoured that Samsung will come up with a Galaxy S5 Mini variant with model number SM-G800. The company had recently confirmed the existence of the device and Samsung Finland now has a support page for SM-G800F on its official site.

However, the tech major has not given any details about the features of the device, which is said to be the European version of the mini handset.

Now PhoneArena has received a screenshot of Zauba site, an Indian export and import database, suggesting three separate listings for SM-G800.

The Zauba listings reveal that Galaxy S5 Mini will sport a 4.47in screen, which makes the new Mini version slightly larger than the current Galaxy S4 Mini, which has a 4.3in screen.

The Galaxy S5 Mini is expected to run on Android 4.4 KitKat out of box and it will use quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, paired with 1.5GB RAM. There will be an eight megapixel rear-camera and a 2,100mAh battery inside.

The Mini model is expected to be water-resistant with an IP rating of IP67, which has been confirmed by Samsung New Zealand's official site.

The site suggests several warranty-related information for Galaxy S5 Mini and the Warranty Exclusion section notes that Galaxy S5, Galaxy S5 Mini and Galaxy S4 Active have similar water-resistant features.

The Warranty Exclusion section suggests the warranty does not cover water damage to the aforementioned devices if the damage is due to submission of the devices in water for 30 minutes or more.
