Serena Williams takes on Garbine Muguruza in the women's singles final clash of the 2015 Wimbledon on 11 July, Saturday.

Overview

Williams has won the Wimbledon on five occasions and the 33-year-old will be eagerly looking to win it for the sixth time on Saturday. She has already won this year's Australian Open and Roland Garros and is the tournament favourite to win the third Grand Slam of the year.

The American tennis star made it to the final after defeating Maria Sharapova in straight sets 6-2, 6-4. Williams dropped only two sets in the tournament and she will be hoping for another straight set victory to lift the trophy in the Centre Court.

Muguruza sealed a berth in the final defeating Agnieska Radwanska in a three-set thriller. The 21-year-old won the first set 6-2, only to lose the second one to the Polish tennis star 3-6.

Muguruza came back stronger in the final set to seal the match by winning the set 6-3. She remains confident of overcoming Williams in her first career Grand Slam final.
