Kraft sells Cadbury subsidiary in Poland to satisfy EU antitrust requirements
Kraft Foods announced that it had signed an agreement to sell the E. Wedel-brand chocolate business in Poland, in order to satisfy European Union antitrust regulators. It will keep the remainder of its Cadbury acquisition assets.
