Channing Tatum has admitted to a man crush on Oceans Eleven star George Clooney.

Hollywood heart-throb Channing Tatum has revealed that he would have sex with George Clooney.

The 32-year-old Magic Mike star admitted to having a man crush on the silver fox and described him as the sexiest man in the world.

Speaking at the preview screening for his new film White House Down Tatum told the Sun: "I've spent time with George Clooney and he's the most interesting man on the planet.

"He can do it all. Yep, I guess what I'm saying is I'd have sex with him."

The actors are believed to have struck up a bromance last summer after holidaying together in Italy with their respective other halves.

Clooney's girlfriend Stacy Keibler is apparently also close pals with Tatum's wife, actress Jenna Dewan.

Tatum has been busy promoting White House Down in recent weeks. In the action blockbuster the hunk plays John Cale, a cop tasked with saving the life of the President, played by Jamie Foxx.

The two-minute trailer shows the White House and many of Washington's monuments being blown up by terrorists.

Director Roland Emmerich is the man behind Independence Day and The Day After Tomorrow.

White House Down is released in UK cinemas on September 6.
