What to do when the chemistry falters? Detail your every rejection on a spreadsheet

An unsatisfied husband's spreadsheet detailing his wife's list of excuses for refusing him sex has gone viral after she allegedly posted it online.

The man documented his partner's rejection over the course of a month and allegedly sent it to her as she prepared to go on a 10-day business trip.

The document, featured the dates he initiated sex, the outcome of his advances and the reasons provided for the lack of love-making.

Rather than the typical "I've got a headache", her excuses for turning down his sexual advances included "I'm watching a show" and "I have to be up early" .

Sexual rejection itemised in neat columns in a posting that divided usersReddit

On one occasion she insisted that she was too drunk only to tell him days later: "You're too drunk."

According to the furious wife, Reddit user throwwwwaway29, he cut off contact after sending her the "immature" document.

"Husband sends a message to my work email...he's never done this, we always communicate in person or by text.

"I open it up and it's a sarcastic diatribe basically saying he won't miss me for the 10 days I'm gone.

"Attached is a spreadsheet of all the times he has tried to initiate sex, with a column for my 'excuses', using verbatim quotes of why I didn't feel like having sex at that very moment."

While some users sympathised with the wife, some claimed that she may have pushed him to it after rejecting him 89% of the times he initiated sex.

"Maybe her husband has got sick and tired of being totally and utterly ignored for months on end, has had enough and wants resolution of the issue. This time after all attempts, he has got her attention," a user said.

Another wrote: "Sounds to me like maybe homeboy needs to pitch in on the housework....maybe she wouldn't be too tired and stressed for sex if he did HIS OWN laundry"

"Sounds like the desperate act of someone at their wits end," a third added.
