Overview

It is the repeat of the final match of the Manila leg, where the third and fourth place teams the Singapore Slammers and Manila Mavericks face each other.

The Mavericks got their first win of the tournament after beating the Slammers, who are yet to register their first win of the tournament.

The arrival of Serena Williams did not give them their first win, but they will be looking to quickly avenge their defeat and get a win for the home fans.

They have received yet another boost following the arrival of Andre Agassi, who gets straight into the action and takes on Mark Philippoussis, who has been brought in by the Manila team as a replacement for the injured Spaniard Carlos Moya.
