The soap star could make her big screen debut as a Bond girl in the next 007 film.

Helen Flanagan is reportedly preparing to make her big screen debut as a Bond Girl in the next instalment of the 007 franchise.

According to the Sun, the former Coronation Street actress was approached by film bosses who admired her 'unique look'.

Hollywood is said to have come calling after the 23-year-old soap star created a buzz by regularly stripping off.

She recently went topless for Page 3 and also posed in her birthday suit for a raunchy 2014 calendar. She has even spoken about her desire to pose nude for Playboy Magazine.

Flanagan is now in talks with casting directors at MGM to take on the iconic role alongside Daniel Craig after making a big impression with film bosses during a recent trip to LA.

A source told the paper: "They felt she had a unique look, great figure and natural charm on screen."

Flanagan is understood to be in the running with Sports Illustrated model Kate Upton, who has already appeared in a number of films.

If she secures the role, she will follow in the footsteps of stars including Halle Berry, Ursula Andress and Gemma Arterton who have played James Bond's love interest.

Skyfall director Sam Mendes is set to return for the next 007 film, known as Bond 24, due to start shooting in 2015.
