Curling:

Both the men's and women's teams are now just one game away from a gold medal match. David Murdoch inspired his side in a 6-5 win over 2010 runners up Norway in the quarter finals on Tuesday with more Scandinavian opposition in Sweden awaiting today.

The men were joining their female counterparts after Eve Murifield led her rink to the semi-finals after beating hosts Russia on Monday, with Canada standing in between them and a Sochi medal.

Bobsleigh:

Paula Walker and brakewoman Bex Wilson are the British representation in the women's bobsleigh event with Canada's Kaillie Humphries the favourite heading into Wednesday's event.

American sprinter-turned-brakewoman Lauryn Williams for the US is hoping to crash the party however with pilot Elena Meyers, while Lolo Jones will also be in action for the US after finishing fourth in the 100m hurdles at London 2012.
