Think you've seen enough jaw-dropping moments on Sons of Anarchy? Well, Season 7 of the show promises to kick it up a notch!
Reportedly, the premiere episode of Season 7 will kick off weeks before Tara's death – which means viewers might get to revisit the bloody scene all over again. Season 6 ended with Jax's mother Gemma killing Tara.
The seventh and final season will see Jax leaving no stone unturned to avenge his wife Tara's death.
Sons of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter hinted at bringing back certain characters which were seen briefly in Season 6. For instance, Robert Patrick, who is a biker in real life, is likely to have a separate plot dedicated to him in Season 7.
Sutter revealed that while they had already submitted episode 1 and 2 to the network, episode 3 was still in the draft stage.
In his WTF video blog, Sutter stated that it was decided to add a disclaimer regarding the tone of the series in the first episode of the show, according to BreatheCast.
The director threw some light on ending Sons of Anarchy and moving on to his next project 'The Bastard Executioner' as he wrote in his blog:
"Drugs and alcohol and substances are no longer an option, I punched that ticket 20 years ago, you know it's all the other stuff, and I realize that as Sons comes to a close, as I have to face that reality and that sadness and that endgame, I'm pretending that's not happening by going 'oh, I have to do this over here after Sons,' so I'm already jumping out of the feeling of the show ending to the next thing."
