Sony's next tablet Sony V150 Nenamark Benchmark

Sony, after launching two tablets, Sony Tablet S and P a few months ago, has reportedly been working on a new tablet, Sony V150, which is expected to run with quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and Android operating system 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich, reports Netbooknews.

The new tablet, Sony V150, has been surfaced by Nenamark Benchmark, a website that publishes the results of partial and technical devices tested, reports Notebook Italia. The piece of information appeared to be further posted on a Japanese site Ambelo.

The technical specification provided by the Nenamark Benchmark suggests that Sony's next tablet, V150, will be powered with a quad-core 1.4 GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and run with Android OS Ice Cream Sandwich. The tablet features a display with a resolution of 1280x752 pixels.

Sony V150 which appears to be successor of Tablet S, was tested once with a total score of 59.70, according to Notebook Italia.
