Sony Pictures has suffered a crippling cyber attack which has unreleased films, confidential emails and sensitive information leaked online, culminating in them capitulating to the hackers demands and cancelling the theatrical release of Seth Rogen and James Franco comedy movie The Interview on 25 December.
