EA has released a launch trailer for the next batch of DLC arriving for online shooter Star Wars Battlefront, offering a glimpse at the new maps, new mode and its two new playable characters – bounty hunter Dengar and the one and only Lando Calrissian.

Developer DICE has also confirmed a number of details about the expansion in a post on its website, revealing that it will include two new blasters, three new star cards and five maps set on Bespin's Cloud City – the location of The Empire Strikes Back's third act.

A new vehicle, the Cloud City Cloud Car will also be available – presumably on just the new maps – and DICE also revealed the set-up of new mode, Sabotage. In Sabotage, "the Empire has deployed several tractor beams on the surface of Cloud City that prevents Rebel ships from escaping the planet.

In order to power the tractor beams, the Empire makes use of Tibanna Gas Generators that draw from the Tibanna Gas native to Bespin."

This likely means the mode will focus on the Rebels attempting to destroy these generators, and the Empire defending them. However, the exact details of the mode haven't been confirmed just yet.

The trailer offers a look at these new features and Sabotage mode in action. The eagle-eyed among you may also have noticed that Imperial Royal Guards (the guys in red in the Return of the Jedi movie) can be seen, meaning they're being introduced as playable characters.

Also, during the clip and after the mention of a new mode, four playable heroes can be seen playing at once – which would be a unique feature if it formed part of the new mode.
