A Manchester band - "The Stone Roses" - have announced a number of headline shows in Europe - including shows in Manchester's Heaton Park, after their reunion in October last year, as well as a host of previously announced festival appearances.

Legendary musicians Ian Brown, John Squire, Mani and Reni will also play at the Scottish festival "T in the Park", "V Festival" and "Fuji Rock Festival", according to NME.

In Spain, the team will play at the Razzmatazz nightclub on 8 and 9 June, ahead of the famous Spanish festival Benicassim.

"We are delighted with the band's decision to reunite and wait with baited breath for the show of the summer," the party organisers were quoted as saying by the Mirror.

The tickets have gone on sale from 30 March. Each ticket costs £45. To buy tickets, click here.
