The main characters in Suits are in for some dark times as the second half of season 5 rolls out over the next few weeks. Actress Sarah Rafferty, who plays Donna on the show, shared some details on the upcoming episodes, at the recently held Television Critics Association winter event in California, US.
"It's going to get dark... It's going to get really dark," said the actress (via Vine Report). "It pulls everybody apart 'cause everybody is at risk. It implicates everybody."
Well this definitely goes along with the official synopsis for this week's episode which teases that Anita Gibbs "isn't just after Mike, she's set her sights on Jessica and Harvey as well."
Rafferty also spoke about how this new complicated situation may present a potential problem in Donna's relationship with Rachel.
"Mike is under investigation. Will that pit Harvey and Mike against each other? If it does, does that pit Rachel and Donna against each other? That's a good question. Obviously, that hangs in the balance a little bit. It's very complicated. It's definitely complicated. And they dig into that. It's good. We had some good scenes around that," the actress revealed.
Episode 12 of Suits season 5, titled Live To Fight, airs on Wednesday 3 February. The synopsis also teases that, "Mike and Louis must identify an anonymous tipster in order to diffuse a damning piece of evidence."
