The 2016 season of the Indian Premier League has so far been exciting as the top four franchises were decided in the last fixture of the first stage of the tournament. The Eliminator will be played between third place Sunrisers Hyderabad and fourth-placed Kolkata Knight Riders at the Feroz Shah Kotla in Delhi on 25 May.

David Warner leads the Sunrisers, while Gautam Gambhir is the man who has guided KKR to two IPL triumphs. Both the captains open the innings with the bat and have been instrumental in giving their sides a good start.

It will be a contest between Sunrisers Hyderabad's Mustafizur Rahman and the Knight Riders' Sunil Narine with the ball. The two have been impressive with their bowling so far and it should be seen whether they can deliver in the Eliminator.

The winner of the clash will face either Gujarat Lions or Royal Challengers Bangalore in Qualifier 2, as these two teams face each other in Qualifier 1. The winning team will make it to the final, while the losing team will face the winner of the Eliminator.
