Portugal have an advantage in the second despite their narrow win at home. Bento saw his side being successful in Sweden from scoring the much needed away goal in the previous fixture.

The visitors will be looking to score one away goal on Tuesday and should they manage to score the first goal of the evening, then the pressure would immediately shift to Erik Hamren's side as they will need to score two goals, while restricting Portugal from scoring in order to stay in the game.

Sweden would be banking on their star player Zlatan Ibrahimovic to help his side seal a place in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, while Portugal will rely on Ronaldo to ensure a place for the biggest event in the world football next summer.

What They Say

Erik Hamren: "It's happened to me a few times before as a club coach, when you know that if we lose a game there's not much left of the job. Zlatan's been at this level for many, many years and for us it's not Ronaldo v Zlatan it's Portugal v Sweden."

Cristiano Ronaldo: "It was an important goal and enough to give us the victory. We have to be happy with the result and, on Tuesday, we have another battle. We may take to the field with just a minimal advantage, but it's better than a draw."
