Rocky actor, Sylvester Stallone has denied allegations that he forced a 16-year-old to engage in a threesome at a Las Vegas hotel while filming Over The Top in 1986. The accusations surfaced on Thursday (16 November) after DailyMail.com reported obtaining a police report on the incident.

In the report, police say the teenager was tracked down after a hotel employee alerted authorities. The unnamed girl reportedly told police that while staying at the Las Vegas Hilton in July 1986 she met Stallone.

After several days, the teenager said that Stallone's bodyguard gave her a key to a hotel room after asking what she would do if the actor made a pass at her. The report said that the girl had told authorities she went up to the room that night and ran into Stallone and his bodyguard, Michael De Luca.

The three allegedly went into the hotel room where Stallone and the girl started undressing and engaging in intercourse while De Luca stayed in the bathroom. Stallone then asked the teenager if she had ever had sex with two men before and brought De Luca into the room, the report says.

De Luca then allegedly "forced" the girl to perform oral sex on him before moving around to have intercourse with her. Stallone then too pushed her into performing oral sex, the report said.

After the incident, the girl said that Stallone told her that both men were married and that she was not to tell anyone about what had happened or "they would have to beat her head in". She said that she was "uncomfortable" during the alleged incident and felt "intimidated".

According to the report she said she was "ashamed and humilitated" but decided not to press charges. De Luca was shot dead by police in California during an incident in 2013.

"This is a ridiculous, categorically false story," a representative for Stallone said in a statement to Fox News. "No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter."
