Only pride is at stake when South Africa take on Sri Lanka in the final match of the World T20's Super 10 stage in Delhi on 28 March. With a vast amount of Indian Premier League experience in their ranks, the Proteas were tipped to do well in India but were stunned by England in their opening match in Mumbai. An unconvincing win against minnows Afghanistan was followed by another defeat against West Indies, knocking Faf du Plessis's side out of the tournament in the group stages.

They are backed at 2/5 by Betfair to bow out of the competition with a win.

Sri Lanka's defence of the World T20 title went off the rails after a comprehensive defeat against West Indies in Bangalore. The islanders fell short by just 10 runs while chasing 172 against England at the weekend and are priced at 5/2 to bounce back and beat the Proteas.

AB de Villiers struck a 29-ball 64 against Afghanistan, but fell cheaply against England and West Indies. He is placed at 10/3 to top score with the bat for South Africa.

With Angelo Mathews doubtful to play due to injury, Tillakaratne Dilshan could captain Sri Lanka on his final World Cup appearance. He is backed at 7/2 to top the run charts.
