Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris dating: Red singer smitten with Rita Ora's ex-boyfriend

American singer/songwriter Taylor Swift is allegedly getting serious about rumoured boyfriend, Scottish singer/DJ Calvin Harris.

According to Hollywood Life, the 25-year-old Shake It Off singer enjoys Rita Ora's former boyfriend's company.

"Selena [Gomez] says Taylor is really smitten with Calvin and that he's a complete gentleman — and sweet, funny and sensitive," a source said.

Swift and Harris were recently pictured shopping in Nashville and were dressed similarly, wearing grey shirts and black bottoms.

It was previously revealed that Swift has been single since splitting up with the One Direction singer Harry Styles.

Swift who has a history of dating high-profile celebrities including Jake Gyllenhaal, Joe Jonas, Taylor Lautner, John Mayer, Zac Efron and Conor Kennedy, split from Styles last year in January, after dating for two months.

In an interview with The Telegraph, the Red singer said she does not see herself being in a relationship in the next five years.

"I'll probably still be single, let's be honest," she said. "No one's going to sign up for this and everything that goes with it. Like, 'Hi, nice to meet you, want a date? Do you love camera flashes? I hope you do!' I don't know what's going to happen if I'm ever content in a relationship – no idea how that's going to work. I don't even know if that's possible with the life I have."
