Tottenham Hotspur will face Partizan in the midweek Europa League clash at White Hart on Thursday evening.

Where to Watch Live

Kick-off is at 8:05pm GMT. Live coverage of the game will be available on ITV 4 UK.

Overview

The last time these two sides faced each other ended in a goalless draw in Belgrade in the opening Group C fixture in this year's Europa League clash. The point earned by Partizan against Tottenham is the only point they have earned in this year's second tier of European club football.

The Premier League outfit sit on top of the group table with eight points after four matches. They share the same number of points with Besiktas, who are second in the table. The Turkish club face Asteras Tripolis FC on Thursday and defeat for the latter would see the north London club qualify for the next round of the tournament.

Mauricio Pochettino's side are unbeaten in this year's Europa League and the former Southampton manager would be hoping to extend his side's run when they host Partizan on Thursday.

The visitors are already out of the competition as they have managed only a point from the first four matches. Meanwhile, a victory for Tottenham would see them put pressure on Besiktas for the top spot in Group C.

What Managers Say

Mauricio Pochettino: "I think it is a good idea to play on a Monday after playing in Europe. One day more is very good for the player because maybe you play in Turkey, Serbia or Greece and you arrive (back in London) 4am and it is changes your sleep and after you need to train on Friday and Saturday and on Sunday you play at 1pm. It is very difficult of the player."

Marko Nikolic: "It will be a great pleasure playing in Europe in a country where it all started. The ambience at White Hart Lane will surely motivate my team and this will be another opportunity for us to prove ourselves against one of the best Premier League clubs."
