Chelsea and Tottenham Hotpsur midfielder target Willian might finally make his dream move to a big club in January, with reports of discord between the player and his club, Shakthar Donetsk.

The Brazilian, who was on holiday in his homeland, failed to return in time for Shakhtar's winter training camp, sparking speculation he was trying to force a move away from Ukraine in this window. The player's attitude has not gone down well with the Donetsk outfit.

"It is not very nice to say that Willian did not return from holiday on time and thus he is exerting a certain pressure on the club. I think it was unprofessional of him. With or without Willian, Shakhtar will move on," club manager Mircea Lucescu told the Evening Standard.

Shakhtar signed Willian's compatriot and Metalist Kharkiv attacking midfielder Tasion earlier this month, after hijacking the transfer from the Blues at the eleventh hour. And, according to The Independent, the Ukrainian champions are now ready to part with Willian in this window, if either Chelsea or Tottenham shell out around £20m.

The 24-year-old previously admitted his willingness to a move to either of the London clubs and also revealed both clubs tabled bids for him in the summer but Shakhtar rejected the offers and prevented him from taking the next step in his career.

"There were two offers in the summer. One from Chelsea and one from Tottenham. Choosing between the two clubs would be difficult. I don't know. Everybody knows what my goal is. I've clearly stated that I would like to play in a bigger stage, whether it be England, Spain or Italy," the Brazilian stressed.

Willian has also admitted he is in regular contact with Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas via text messages. The former Chelsea boss tried to sign the Corinthians product in the summer of 2011, while in charge at Stamford Bridge, and made an attempt in the summer of 2012 as well, after taking charge at White Hart Lane.

"Andre Villas-Boas wanted to bring me to Chelsea and also tried at Tottenham. He always sends me messages. We are always in touch, and he has become a friend, for sure," Willian added.
