According to the Telegraph, Carlos Tevez has been seen meeting with Inter Milan technical director Marco Branca. Carlos Tevez is now looking for a new way out of Manchester City after his dream return to Corinthians fell apart on Thursday and it now seems Inter Milan are ready to move for the player.

The Serie A side denied last month that they wanted to sign the Argentine international but with Corinthians now out of the race to sign the player and other top European clubs not willing to meet the £50m Manchester City value the player at, Inter have been installed as the favourites to sign the forward.

A Manchester City official admitted: 'We have been made aware of what appears to be a picture of Carlos Tevez and Marco Branca,' although manager Roberto Mancini revealed that lines of communication are currently down with the player.

AC Milan is reportedly set to lose out in the race to sign highly rated Brazilian midfielder Paulo Henrique Ganso. It was believed that AC Milan was the front runners for the player signature but now it appears Manchester United has entered the race for his signature. It was reported that AC Milan have agreed a £26m fee with Ganso's club Santos but the revelation that Sir Alex Ferguson has turned his attention to the Brazilian has caused the Italian giants to panic.

A.S Roma has been told to up their £5m bid for Maarten Stekelenburg by Ajax. The Dutch club have said to Roma that they have no intention of selling their prized asset on the cheap just because his contract expires next summer. Technical manager Danny Blind told De Telegraaf: "The deal is not done. Ajax is waiting for Roma to change the offer.'

Juventus are set to miss out on Manchester United front man Dimitar Berbatov. The Bulgarian has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford this summer after his admission from Manchester United's UEFA Champions League final squad despite finishing the English Premier League's join top goal scorer. The Manchester Evening News has reported that Manchester United has no intention of selling Dimitar Berbatov to Juventus and the Italian giants should look elsewhere. A Manchester United source told the paper: [the transfer issue] 'is not something we have to discuss anymore.'
