Photographer Cathal McNaughton visited the flooded village of Moorland on the Somerset Levels. His photos show houses and cars reflected in the water that has engulfed the village. Nearly all the village's residents have been evacuated, but a few have chosen to remain in their homes.

Some areas of England have been under water for more than a month after the wettest January on record, leaving homeowners displaced and crops ruined. Analysts at Deloitte have estimated the bill for repairs could reach one billion pounds if heavy rains continue into the spring.
