Missing teenagers
Carolanne Marshall and Erin Guest have been missing for 24 hours Surrey Police

Fears are growing for two schoolgirls who went missing after getting on a train on 24 February. Erin Guest, 14, and Carolanne Marshall, 16, were last seen standing on a platform at Haslemere railway station in Surrey, at around 10.15am.

It's believed the pair were travelling to Havant, Hampshire, but neither have made contact with their families since yesterday morning. Surrey Police say they are becoming increasingly concerned for their safety due to their age and vulnerability and have launched a major search operation for the missing teenagers.

Erin, from Hindhead, is described as white, of slim build, 5ft 4in, with long brown hair and blue eyes. Carolanne, from Haslemere, is also white, of slim build, 5ft 2in, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

A spokesperson for Surrey Police said: "If the girls are reading this we would like to reassure them they are not in any trouble, we simply want to ensure they are safe and well." Anyone who has seen the girls or knows their current whereabouts is urged to contact Surrey Police as a matter of urgency on 101 quoting reference 45160015815.
