The mother of Brooklyn,18, Romeo, 15, Cruz, 12 and Harper, 6, has not limited her fitness goals to herself but is keen on keeping her family in top shape. In another social media post, the celebrity had revealed that she serves assorted seeds toasted in the oven as after-school snacks to her children.

Her children's "healthy breakfast" is Cacao Crunch cereal (as she calls it). It consists of oats, almonds, cacao powder, chia seeds and maple syrup that is served with organic almond milk and plenty of berries. When not cooking, Victoria prefers to snack on sprouts.

Green monster smoothie:

To stay fit and active, the health-conscious star depends on fish as well as lots of vegetables and fruits. Her "green monster smoothie" is made of apples, kiwi, lemon, spinach, broccoli and chia seeds.

Apart from the above, the socialite prefers to have scrambled eggs served with fresh avocado for breakfast.
