Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey recently visited Colchester Zoo in Essex and made some new friends. He was especially keen on an elephant called Tanya, who shared his love of the game.

The 25-year-old praised how gentle she was giving the ball back to him when they played football. "Look at how fun she's having with it. See, football doesn't just bring happiness to humans. It can bring happiness to elephants as well," he said.

Ramsey was visiting the zoo to raise awareness of elephant and rhino poaching. He is passionate about animal conservation and has raised thousands of pounds for the WWF (World Wildlife Fund). The Wales international recently wrote on Instagram: "I keep reading about elephant and rhino poaching and it makes me angry."
