The episode synopsis teases the worst scenario that Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) will ever encounter as his own city New York is under threat of a terrorist attack. A new preview released by TV Line shows the detectives debriefing Frank about the new threat and how they are preparing to take such threats down. Frank however acts calm and says that they should be ready for the worst case scenario and asks them to be prepared with all their resources ready to go.

Detective Abigail Baker (Abigail Hawk) arrives on the scene, and delivers devastating news. He announces, "There have been two more bombings, London and subway in Bangladesh."
