Incredible footage, shot by the UK Meteor Observation Network, shows the moment a meteor shot across British skies on 17 March. The St Patrick's Day meteor made its way across the sky at 3.20am.
There have been reports of a blue or green tint in the sky around the time the meteor was recorded, which was believed to have been caused by magnesium in the meteor burning in the atmosphere.
