When news broke that Playboy Playmate Cassandra Lynn Hensley had been found dead in a suspected drug overdose, tributes to the model quickly began flooding in on social media .

Her death came as a shock for friends and fellow playmates who had known the blonde beauty from her humble beginnings as a Utah medical student to Playboy's February 2006 centerfold.

"She was just a nice, outgoing girl who was a little wild," highschool friend Aaron Arrington told MailOnline.

According to TMZ, the 34-year-old was discovered floating in a bathtub at her friend's LA home. Paramedics were unable to revive the model when they arrived at the scene.

Law enforcement was investigating her death as a possible overdose and no foul play is suspected.
