Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview build 14327, which features the first release of Microsoft's new Messaging Everywhere Preview, is now rolling out to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. While the previous build, 14322, was a huge update, this one has some select upgrades only and mostly bug fixes.

The most significant feature on this update is a "Messaging Everywhere" feature that allows you to send and receive text messages from your phone directly from your Windows 10 PC. To enable it, you need to be signed in with your Microsoft Account (MSA) on your phone. Also, "Send texts on all my Windows devices" option should be turned on.

Additionally, Cortana with voice input is now enabled for more languages such as Spanish (Mexico), Portuguese (Brazil) and French (Canada) languages. These were previously made available only in PC builds.
