An alleged bag snatcher ran through a glass door at a shopping mall in Australia on Sunday (March 31st) but managed to escape unharmed.

The man allegedly stole a purse from a 50-year-old woman at a news agency located in the shopping centre, Western Australia police said.

Closed-circuit TV footage showed the culprit running and crashing into the glass, knocking him flat on the ground.

According to the police report, bystanders, unaware of the robbing, assisted the man before an accomplice stepped up and threatened them to let go.

The CCTV footage showed Tattoo shop owner Jake Adams rushing out and grabbing the alleged suspect.

Then the alleged thief and accomplice left the scene in a stolen green Lexus, police reported. Western Australia police says they are continuing to search for the two men.
