A small group of protesters gathered outside of the Serco AGM in London's Canary Wharf.

The troubled outsourcing giant was caught up in the electronic tagging scandal, for which it is under investigation by the Serious Fraud Office.

IBTimes UK went to speak with the protesters to find out why they were out in the rain to rail against Serco.
