Nasa astronaut Greg Wiseman arrived at the International Space Station on Thursday and has already tweeted several beautiful photos of the amazing view.

Shortly after arriving, Wiseman tweeted: "I can't stop looking outside!" A couple of days later he said: "Goodnight from space. Our planet is almost all ocean and so pretty."

He arrived on the space station with Russian cosmonaut Max Surayev and German Alexander Gerst of the European Space Agency. He is expected to spend around six months on board the station, returning to Earth in November.

That gives him plenty of time for more stunning photos like these:
