Grand Theft Auto 5 has topped the UK video game chart for the third consecutive week as Deep Silver celebrate a good debut for Saints Row IV: Re-Elected.

The Saints Row IV remaster for new-gen consoles packages the original game with new content and made the most of a quiet time for new releases.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Fifa 15 swapped places to take the second and third spots respectively. In fifth place came a resurgent Call of Duty: Ghosts, which leapt 25 places from 30th thanks to a price cut at retailers causing a 400% boost.

Ubisoft's Far Cry 4 has slipped to sixth ahead of Minecraft: Xbox Edition in at seven. The PlayStation version of Minecraft sits in ninth place.

In eighth is débutante Rugby 15, another new title making the most of a barren release schedule. Rounding off the top 10 is Ubisoft racer The Crew, which has fallen four places.
