Former Ukip leader Nigel Farage will appear alongside Donald Trump at a rally for the US Republican presidential hopeful in Jackson, Mississippi tonight (24 August). Trump, who mysteriously styled himself as "Mr Brexit" on Twitter last week, is reportedly expected to talk about job creation.

Farage, meanwhile, will apparently not endorse the property tycoon and instead talk about the EU referendum campaign. The event comes after Trump appointed Breitbart News chairman Stephen K. Bannon as the CEO of his campaign. Farage's former aide Raheem Kassam is editor-in-chief for Breitbart's UK operation.

The rally is expected to start at 19:00 (EST) (12midnight BST), according to Trump's campaign website.
