Talvivaara Mining is confident it will hit targeted production volumes following the commissioning of additional ore hauling capacity early next year.
The Finnish nickel and zinc miner says its upgraded crushing circuit has been successfully installed and production volumes gradually increased.
CEO Pekka Perä said that for the first time in the company's history, mining and materials handling departments were operating above budgeted tonnages.
