Devious Maids season 4: Will Adrian die in the premiere episode?

Devious Maids is returning to Lifetime network with the fourth season and this time the premiere episode will feature a special appearance by actress Eva Longoria. The premiere episode of the comedy drama series is tiled, Once More Unto The Bleach.

Just like in the previous seasons, the show will feature an investigation into a murder mystery this time as well. Season 4 would unravel dark secrets of the wealthiest and powerful families of Beverly Hills.

The series revolves around four close friends – Marisol (Ana Ortiz), Rosie (Dania Ramírez), Carmen (Roselyn Sánchez) and Zoila (Judy Reyes) – and the complexities in their lives as they struggle to maintain a balance between their personal and professional lives.

Deadline has claimed that season 4 will feature a shocking death of a major character. "A big character is gonna die this season," a source told the website. It will be interesting to see if the major character is one of the four best friends.

In the season 3 finale, fans got to see Adrian enter a house which was filled with flammable gas. Soon the mansion exploded when Sebastian accidentally dropped Adrian's electrifier, which created a spark. It remains to be seen whether Adrian survived or died in the incident.

The official synopsis of the premiere episode reads as follows:

This season, Marisol finds herself acting as a support system to Evelyn (Rebecca Wisocky) in the wake of a big life change. Meanwhile, Rosie's positive and sunny disposition leaves much to be desired by her new boss, Genevieve (Susan Lucci) who is acclimating to a household without Zoila's honest and acerbic humor. Carmen continues to pursue her singing career until her cousin Daniela (Sol Rodriguez) comes to town and shakes things up. Marisol also finds herself in a new relationship, which eventually becomes a complicated triangle when her old flame Jesse reappears.

Devious Maids season 4 will premiere on Lifetime on 6 June at 9pm EDT.
