Passengers face more misery after Eurostar cancelled its services due to damaged track Getty

Eurostar has said it is "business as usual" after reports claimed all trains had been cancelled until further notice due to damage caused by a fire near tracks close to Paris.

Services departing from Paris had been subject to delays because of the fire, but a Eurostar spokesperson has confirmed it does not affect services out of London and the issue should be resolved imminently.

The Channel Tunnel was closed at the weekend due to a lorry fire and an electrical fault.

Delays of 20 minutes had been reported at London's St Pancras International station but all services have now been cancelled.
