The Android 4.4.3 update for HTC One M8 has started seeding in some parts of Europe.

Last week, HTC released Android 4.4.3 update for the unlocked and developer version of HTC One M8 in the US. The Android 4.4.3 update, as confirmed by Mo Versi vice president, product management at HTC, features all the security fixes from Android 4.4.4.

Now, a similar software update is rolling out to HTC One M8 via over-the-update (OTA). The Android 4.4.3 firmware weighs in at 613.74MB and comes with build number 2.22.401.4, reports Android Central. Meanwhile, recognised XDA developer LlabTooFer has confirmed the update via Twitter. Those who have not received the OTA notification should head over to Settings>> About phone>> Software update>> Check now.

The 2.22.401.4 build is currently live for unlocked HTC One M8 users in Nordic countries. The update is expected to arrive for carrier-locked variants and other countries soon. Members at XDA have shared OTA link for 2.22.401.4 Android 4.4.3.

There is a good news for HTC One M7 users. The handset will not get Android 4.4.3 and will be directly upgraded to Android L.
