In a TV interview with IBTimes UK, Charlie Mullins said he is working with UK Prime Minister David Cameron and Chancellor George Osborne on a government back apprenticeship scheme that could potentially halve the number of jobless young people across the country.

Pimlico Plumbers was established in 1979 by Mullins who has been very vocal on the changing demographic of the UK's workforce.

In the interview with IBTimes UK, not only did he outline the key steps in tackling youth unemployment but how the influx of migrants to the UK takes the jobs that the British youth don't want due to their different 'work ethic'.
