A video revealing the reality behind staged online photos, produced by Vietnam based filmmaker Ho Anh Duc, has become an internet hit gaining 1.5 million views since it was posted on 10 December 2015.
The video shows the difference between the seemingly natural images people post online and the complex reality behind them, including a girl dancing in the park with her friends, which in fact involves two people climbing on top of each other.
Ho Anh Duc recorded the video with his friends. Duc said that he wanted to show that the pictures posted on social media platforms might not always show the truth. He added that people tend to forget how real life looks like as they are taken in by a 'virtual' life that might be easily embellished.
